Christoph started in the film industry at the age of sixteen. Whilst working as electrician, he studied Media and Fine Arts at the Bauhaus University Weimar & graduated under the supervision of DP Christian Berger, AAC.

In 2013, he bought his first Steadicam from a friend and soon started shooting as an operator. About three years later, he had the opportunity to shoot his first feature and commercials as a DP.

To this day, Chris enjoys working in both fields. He is based in Berlin.

Festivals that screened his work includes Cannes Film Festival and Camera image. Chris is member of the German Society of Cinematographers (BVK).

He speaks German, English & Brazilian Portuguese (basic)

and worked in EU, UK, US, Canada, Middle East, South America
